The skies were gray and filled with dark, billowy clouds. And for most, that would've meant a dull and lifeless scene and a reason to stay safely indoors. But for Brent and Emily, it meant that the luscious greens of their ivy-clad church would be even more vibrant than ever after rainclouds poured heavily the night before their wedding.

And in all honesty, I don't think they could have asked for a more life-giving or vibrant day to call their wedding day. And I couldn't have asked for a more energetic or welcoming family to have invited me into a day like theirs.

From morning until night, Brent and Emily were surrounded by friends and family who genuinely loved and cared for them. They celebrated them and included me and Leighton in that and we couldn't have felt more like family on that cloud-filled day in May.
